Owner Mai is very friendly and easy to talk to. The location is very near to the airport like 5-10 mins away, accessible to establishments/restaurants serving local foods which is 10/10. The unit is big, AC is working as expected, bedroom and toilet very clean and big. Locals are friendly. 7-11 is near like 300 meters walking distance from the apartment. It is quite far from the Old City but the price is reasonable for it. Just rent a motor bike so you won't have any problems travelling in Chiang Mai. Thank you for accommodating us for Loy Krathong Festival 2024. We will definitely comeback next year. Kap khun kob! ❤️
