26.04.06Ok I get it your hotel is good adjacent so you've dealt with all manner of shenanigans , but there's that one word that goes hand in hand with the hotel motel industry. HOSPITALITY. Merriam-Webster defines hospitality as "hospitable treatment, reception, or disposition" or "the generous and friendly treatment of visitors and guests." So this I've dealt with others that were garbage so now everyone is under that same umbrella because I'm bitter and mad about it and will only do the bare minimum for anyone scream hey spend your money here. Learn how to differentiate detach and put on a fucking smile, and push yourself to go the extra mile hell fake it till you make. Because an alright location, beat up rooms a so so property and rude unapproachable non helpful not hospitable office staff is is a recipe for don't spend your money here reviews, a shitty reputation, and an expiration date.
