Stay with colleagues pre sales meeting in area. Comfortable and pleasant stay. Only thing to say was all of our poached eggs at breakfast were overdone....sometimes its just the little things... Other than that I will revisit with my wife and explore the area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Big comfy bed and nothing is too much trouble for the Staff who are welcoming and very cheerful.

Had a great time, the staff are amazing, the cleanliness of the hotel is great although somethings could do with updating furniture wise, the spa is great the pool could do with some heating in sitting areas. The food is good, breakfast is nice though could be hotter and the bar could do with a revamp ie different beers. Great location to get into Chester - public transport is great if you don’t fancy driving.

I spent an overnight stay here with my friend for a function , Jacksons Cat rescue 10th anniversary Ball. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we couldnt have asked for more. Attentive poilte welcome staff from reception on arrival, to the bar and restaurant staff making sure we were served quickly and efficiently, nothing too much trouble..fantastic service! Tge Craxton suite where our event was held was decorated beautifully with table candelabra and floral wreath decorations..bar staff attentive and polite..made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend craxton Wood. Spot on!

Felt very safe being alone. Staff lovely and wonderful place to rest and relax. Swimming area lovely and clean.
