Great value. The best service I have ever had in my trip.

Enjoyable stay full of ambience, with onsen & exquisite meals. Guests can also choose from a selection of lovely yukata designs. Self service laundry facilities available.

Located near Ryusendo Caves, makes for ideal end to a one day exploration of the area. Friendly service from the staff. Meals are excellent local area Japanese cuisine. Hotel itself feels a tad older but it's clean and homey, with full amenities and facilities including onsen, and washer & dryer.

Rooms are comfortable but generally I lose half a day for travelling to get to town. Busses is about 1.5 hr 1 bus. Only good for a nite stay to ryusendo cave. Dinner is good. But was disappointed that they did not give me the menu for the courses after the first day. Maybe they think I can’t read Japanese but kanji and Chinese is similar. So I find it a bit rude for such discrimination esp this is Japan. I asked them on the second day but they just smiled and say no. The third day they did not take the initiative to provide too. Other hotels I went provided. Other than that the rest was ok. Front desk personnel was conscientious.

Great place to stay with exceptional hospitality. A bit inconvenient to town . Might be better when jr rail line is fixed n working. Ryusendo is just 15 min walk away do it very convenient.
