기타구니 그랜드 호텔

利尻空港・鴛泊港からも近く、温泉のお風呂もあり、よいホテルだと思います。お料理も3日間、全て夕食のお献立を変えてあり、行き届いていました。お茶菓子・お水、アメニティ類も毎日補充提供されました。ただ、お風呂場は小さいのに、この時期満室で、入浴客が多く、時間帯によっては洗い場を確保できません。何らかの工夫が必要だと思います。

登山用の弁当手配、登山口への送迎などきめ細やかに対応頂きました。大浴場でゆっくりもできました。

船で稚内から鴛泊まで行くと、出口にはマイクロバスが待機しており、翌日は港まで送ってくれた。当たり前のことではあるが、宿泊名簿で確認しフロントでの手続きもスムーズであった。 館内には露天風呂もあってゆっくりと過ごすことができた。

Important for those staying during summer. No Air-conditioning. Only a standing fan and a window that's only able to open 45 deg. In general it's expected that this is a rundown hotel with limited facilities but the pricing especially doesn't reflect so. Staff was polite but lacked common sense. Check out was 10am but the staff tried to open my room door before that in the morning. It was fortunate the door was locked, to my dismay they then tried to force the door open and tampering with the lock by force. We were changing for God sake.

Will not recommend as the hotel facilities is very old. No aircon, bed was so hard and the pillow is so soft to have a good night sleep..Breakfast also pathetic. Not much choices.
