Kanigoten

While not accessible, they provide shuttle service to Hizen Oura Station. A great place to recharge, enjoy the sea view and the famous saga crab!

First time we hung out the whole day in a hotel room, not counting the covid quarantine days, of course! (Although we did steal a 45min getaway to lunch at a nearby BBQ restaurant which is about 5min away from the hotel . . . ) The view is so calming and relaxing and the room so spacious and clean. And the private sea-facing onsen pool. . . . is WOW!! Kanigoten was recently renovated in 2022/23 (?) We stayed two nights, so there is a full day to spend there The food is amazing, too! Both breakfast and dinner were great (a bit more than we can eat though LOL) Staff were all friendly and polite. Shout out especially to 那帆 (not sure if I wrote this correctly: she is in one of the photos I posted) who made us feel like royalty. She even went the extra mile making the unfinished rice into rice balls for us to take away (unfortunately, in our rush to check out the next day, we forgot to take it from the fridge for our drive back to the airport) Worth every penny!

Rooms were beautiful with unobstructed sea view ! Food was good with great service ! The lounge was a good place to relax

hotel staff were warm and friendly. Especially Miki who communicated with us prior to our stay and the elderly lady who served us our meals. She was so gentle and genuinely kind we enjoyed her service thoroughly. Food was good they cut the crabs for you so it’s extremely easy to eat no mess! We stayed in 603 be water room it was gorgeous and comfortable. Nice stay in a really quaint town. We would love to revisit in future!
