Wish I knew about them sooner

I called them to ask if they had rooms available, they told me yes so I booked online. Got here and they told me there were no rooms and I had to wait. & of course it was non refundable. I work graveyard if she would have said NO I would have called another room instead of sitting in my car sweating and tired. I have to work in 5 hours and I’m up off almost three days no sleep. I just feel like she should have been honest. And I got multiple nights. So no refundable and she lieeed to me is insaaane. Last time booking here.
