wonderful and beautiful hotel in a wonderfully British Cotswold village. Lovely bars and grounds and spa. Pillows and internet below expectation for this standard of hotel

• Inconsistent service (slow, impersonal, or inattentive) • Underwhelming food at the James Martin Grill • Tired rooms that don’t match the high-end pricing • Over-reliance on brand name and setting rather than substance

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Broadway. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was enjoyable. While the pool could benefit from a slight upgrade, it didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily recommend the hotel for a weekend getaway.

A top class hotel in a very pretty Cotswold village. The spa is a must do as well as a drink in the courtyard. Service was tip top as was the accommodation.
