A good hotel in a great location. The TV didn’t work in the room which was irritating. I also booked a room for my daughter which was supposed to be on the same floor but then it wasn’t. Small issues which shouldn’t have happened.

Everything was clean and well maintained for my quick two night stay in london before heading home. The building is in a great area in south Kensington and a 5 min walk or so to the closest tube station. Its on the same line as Heathrow and can easily get all over the city.
