Stayed on a last minute night stay, the stay was lovely, spa and wellness center was amazing, salt room, ice shower, two saunas and steam room, all clean. Room comfortable . Overall stay was great, will be back.

Lovely hotel with a traditional style to it. Stunning location. Loved the outdoor hydro pool, nice and warm. Rooms were large, service was great.

It’s a very nice hotel with great location! Unfortunately the room we been provided wasn’t very good! We could hear people walking and talking all night long! Jacuzzi wasn’t working!And no any staff members knew why?!I never requested a room with disabled access but my room was full equipped for disabled people! Also room had only one window which was locked!and no fridge.but Tnx to all the staff members for politeness.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast were lovely too.

I booked this hotel as it had a pool and was close to Lego land. I looked on the website and checked the pool opening times. No where did it stipulate children could only swim at certain not very accommodating hours. We didn’t get there until late and the children wanted to go in the pool. We were told they weren't allowed to and they could swim from 9 the next morning. Considering Lego land opened at 10 we weren't able to use the facilities at all. Plus the hydro pool was closed. So we went to get something to eat. I was looked up and down on trying to enter the restaurant with two children and told “bar” !!! That’s literally what the waiter said one word. I wondered where his snobby patronising mannerism had come from given he was waiting staff. I did as I was told and then went to the bar to ask if I had to order or someone would take it as clearly I had no idea. Food was ridiculously over priced for what it was. The hotel itself was lovely. Decor really nice and clean and I liked the water available to fill jugs on levels. But the staff and facility rules with regards to children completely let it down and I would not stay again. I felt like I shouldn’t be staying there and I was judged being a single mum. They should stipulate that children are not welcome as this was the general feel to the hotel.
