Room is newly renovated and comfortable. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were great. The onsen is also spacious and new. Highly recommended!

For Japanese beds this was very comfortable! Our room was spacious and location to mountain excellent. Loved the Onsen, sauna and cold bath. Food was great as with staff. Great staff. We stayed for only one night but will be back and stay for longer. Thank you

We are a group of 5 guys on a ski trip and we can't say enough good things about the Cerulean. The staff of the hotel are simply excellent and they go out of their way to make your stay better every day. The hotel is about 1.5km from the Tazawako ski resort and the hotel provides a shuttle.

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The dinner is quite good but the breakfast is not as good as I expected. There are two hot bath for women and men respectively, not big but good for relaxing after daytime activities. However, there is a lot of visible substances floating on the water, wonder if the water is clean enough. The service of the staff is excellent, especially the lady who speaks English well.
