I’ve never stayed in a hotel but this was such a great experience and the staff were very friendly when we checked in. Although the check in time on Expedia stated 3pm, we were able to check in at 11am so for that we are grateful that they are so flexible! Thank you so much for a great night’s sleep and if we are ever in Blackpool again, I would book without a shadow of a doubt. Highly recommended!!!
Not enough parking but otherwise lovely place to stay. Not too far from everything.
Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.
Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Room was okay, had wallpaper peeling off and toilet didn't work properly either.
The shaving light also didn't work.
Breakfast was average, hash browns were soggy and you had to make your own coffee using instant sachets.
Overall I found this place to be expensive for the quality you get.
Normally I'd stay at a B&B across from here that is 4* that offers a higher standard in all areas, for just a few pound more.
Only reason I chose here was my usual was fully booked.
Location was fine. Good food
Manager/owner always right. Shower was broken but he refused to accept it. Was told to run the cold tap to pump the water through which I did but it didn't work.
On booking it advertised a bar. Bar was closed over 12 months ago. Signs up outside building still promoting lounge bar.
This hotel is crying out for a bit of love and attention. These people clearly are running it on a shoestring and are not too bothered either.
