Very friendly and cosy bed and breakfast. The room was very clean with plenty of tea/coffee. Lovely hot freshly cooked breakfast. Town centre/trams/railway station within easy walking distance, but far enough away from street noise.
Host Sophie was very friendly and could not do enough for us.

From the friendliness, cleanliness, beautiful rooms, comfy beds to the breakfast which is by far the best ive had in any B&B.

Friendly, genuinely sincere welcome without being overbearing. The bedroom and en-suite facilities were immaculately clean and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was prepared for me before the stated start of breakfasts because of the timings of the conference I was attending.
The quality of the food was first class with ‘real ‘ coffee. A bijou experience that is highly recommended.

Great hotel will definitely use again, the staff are lovely and very helpful.The room was excellent and comfortable, the only downside was car parking but thats not the fault of the hotel more down to Blackpool council put meters and double yellow lines everywhere
