Located halfway up Mt. Kurikoma, the secluded hot spring is known for being a source of healing and relief for worshipers and mountain climbers. It is located close to the World Heritage Site Hiraizumi and there are many hidden cultural heritage sites remaining. The plentiful vegetables and char from the foothills of Mt. Kurikoma, as well as the heartwarming, home-cooked dishes made by the proprietress, are highly rated.
