22.05.14Overall, the hotel is okay. But....... I only managed at best to get 4 hours of sleep on the first night of two spent at the hotel. The aircon/ventilation system would periodically come on for a length of time which made a loud noise (almost like a roadworks drill !)
I reported this to the hotel reception staff who said that they would contact me following my visit. Almost, a week later, I am still left waiting.
I am happy for my complaint to be handled internally, but failing the hotel to get back to me, I will be making a formal complaint to head office.
The noise and lack of sleep aside, if it was not for this, I would be happy to return for another visit.
22.04.01 We’ve stayed here many times now, visiting our Niece in Uni and it suits all our needs perfectly. It is very clean with friendly, helpful staff and has a good location (for us anyway l..) Easily accessible with ample free parking .
I’ll continue to use this Hotel as my base in Norwich when visiting.
