Charged by Agoda days before I stayed in the hotel - then charged by the hotel before I was allowed to check in. Very difficult to get a refund as they were claiming they had only charged me for the city tax. Basic room, not too close to a Metro line. I saw a couple of bugs moving around on my bed in the evening, so I was very conscious of that. They may not have been bed bugs but I can't rule it out. It was too late by this point to ask to change rooms, and my son was feeling ill. With the reception over the road in another building, I had to stay in the room
