Clean good area

Where do I start…..I booked and paid for a no smoking room, to enter and it stank of stale cigarette smoke. Stains all over the floor and the walls. The bathroom had bugs crawling around and the shower constantly dripped. To top it off, my door opened at 5:30am to 2 people on the other end who told me that they were told quote “I was told this room was clean” (the reception clearly hadn’t acknowledged my stay, or they thought multiply occupants could occupy one room). And at 7:30am, blaring music from one of the adjoining rooms.

Business is boarded up. Next door neighbor said the property was reclaimed by the city. Strongly suggest finding anywhere else to stay.

These were the most unsanitary room I've ever stayed at and just don't even feel safe. The shower was infested with roaches and termites ceiling and sink hadmold on them. There's only one sliding glass door of two and that didn't even move and not to mention the bathroom door was full of holes as well as the shower and shower vent which was not even there

The clerk gave me room 101 and I asked for a room closer to the pool. He said this room is great because it just got renovated. What a lie!!! The bed was broken. It tilts on both sides. The only way it stays even if you lay in the middle. Sadly I didn't realize this until I got back to the room to sleep early in the morning. I didn't bother to change rooms coz I was leaving in just a couple of hours. But the point is that they LIED to me telling me the room just got renovated and that it's a great room. I found out later the clerk was the owner of the place. Absolutely horrible!
