26.05.16I had been recommended Holiday Inn Exeter and We were very impressed location wise and ease of access from the Motorway .Our reason for staying was to Watch rugby at Exeter Chiefs Ground a 20 minute walk over easy route we found ideal The hotel staff very helpful and the decor was excellent ,very clean and practical our rooms were very clean and bathrooms spacious ,Breakfast was of good quality We would stay again and recommend it to all
26.05.08 Great hotel for convenience, we were put in a larger room with a huge bed at no extra cost. Breakfast was okay
Only negative is thin walls so you hear everything going on outside and next door

26.04.26 Stayed here a lot over the years and its gone down hill. The place is tired and room was dirty. Will not stay again
26.04.23 Stayed a couple times at HIE now when we come down to watch the Exeter Chiefs. Great location just off the motorway, right by Miller & Carter and the park and ride. Rooms always clean and comfy. Great value for money with breakfast as well compared to some of the other Exeter hotels
