25.11.07 The location is only 2 minutes from Milano Centrale and the staff is nice.. but that's it.. the facilities is terrible, the bathroom is small, no towel for the bathroom floor.. the room price is too high..

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful.
There are no private bathrooms – they are shared and outside the rooms.
This is not really a hotel, it’s more like an apartment divided into five rooms and advertised as a hotel.
No iron, no water, no kettle, no housekeeping at all. Towels are not changed, no cleaning service, and the price is way too high for what you get.
The only good thing about this place is the location. Everything else is disappointing.

26.04.02 Creepiest stay ever. Reminds me of House of the Dead. Don't stay. Even though it's closest to Centrale Milano but don't stay here. Charged me extra. Creepy neighborhood. Broken equipments. Unclear instructions to enter the guest house.
