26.01.06Second apartment we booked with milan royal suites. The first one, they changed the location at very last minute. After we checked in someone tried to get in and left quickly the minute she saw me in the kitchen. Second apt, diff floor same building. Same with the first one, Its clean but very little amenities provided and could be very cold at night. Wld be nice if heater is better esp during winter. Left with bad experience as I left my rings and when I asked them they said it was not there. How come they said it could not be found when in the morning it was literally there. I put it there. My son saw it.
