The hotel is located very far inside, and the approach road does not feel safe, especially for late-night travel alone. The rooms had a strong unpleasant smell and were not maintained properly. The service was also very slow and disappointing. Don’t go only by the pictures shown online, as the actual experience was completely different. Overall, not recommended.

We had booked alagoa resort - classic room based on the pictures and facilities mentioned in the agoda app. When we reached, we came to know that alagoa resort has two parts, one building with rooms and another cottages, both on different sides of the road. Swimming pool, eating area both at the cottage side. If you stay in classic room, then you have to go to the swimming area or to eat also all the way crossing that small road till the resto or pool. Before checkin only I had to change the room from building to cottage, as I didn't want any argument on first day to spoil my trip. I had to pay 3000 extra for the change. They should have given information that classic room people will have to cross the building, and then road and then walk inside another area to eat and to swim etc. Not fair to give half information

The staffs are really rude especially the girl with glasses in the reception.she claimed to be the manager but she was not.she needs to learn the customer service before coming into this business.she is as really rude to me and my wife and treated us that they were doing a favor to give us a room.the toilets were really dirty with mould and bad smell.
