모텔 6 산타 바바라 - 카르핀테리아 노스

Requested a quad room with two queen sized beds for four adults and when we arrived at hotel, I was told they only had full sized beds in the quad rooms. The room was so small the beds were push up against the walls leaving only a narrow walkway between the beds! You could only access the beds on one side or crawl over the end. Absolutely the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I cannot believe this would meet code or fire marshal standards. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable!!

It is a clean place but don’t expect too much. The rooms are small and the shower is tiny. It is good for two people not more.

First room given, woke up to a cockroach infestation then was told no refund because I entered the room. Was moved to another room to find blood stains all over the bathroom door. Only compensation given was 30 minutes late check out, 11:30 instead of 11 which I asked for because we had to switch rooms at 2 in the morning. Disgusted and disappointed
