This is an older boutique property so the rooms are small and bathrooms tiny. Very well maintained and very convenient. We weren’t looking for a resort type property so this worked well for us.

Good for the most part. Floor above needs better insulation. Could hear everything going on above. TV needed fixing, door lock needed new batteries. Both repaired.

We have stayed here a half dozen times over the last couple of years and it’s our go to accommodation for seeing local family and girls shopping trips. Always clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly. Our rooms have always been just efficient enough for our needs although I prefer the rooms with two beds. Or small suite offering. The single is a bit too cramped for my liking as well as the bathroom too small. The location is walking to many restaurants, shops and Mr. Frosty, best soft serve place ever! The outlets are a right down the street and great all day shopping! A wonderful little cafe is right downstairs that is very good, seems popular with the locals and value priced for great quality food and service. If you are looking for a pool, 5 star valet hotel this isn’t it but its homey atmosphere and location can’t be beat for the price!

The issue that the room has no hot water and the receptionist refuse to give even 5 minute late checkout after 11 am and the cup smell stuffy in the room

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean. It is extremely tiny. The bed was squeaking. The walls were creaking. There was absolutely no parking not enough parking for the amount of rooms. I would definitely not recommend this to anybody.
