With hotels being quite pricey in Edinburgh, this place was a gem, although you can only book this during the summer. The daily rate of this place was almost the same as paying for a bunk bed in the central area. The location isn't central but still accessible by public transportation. Plus, the area had a nice peaceful vibe. The room was spacios. The bed was comfortable. The free daily breakfast was excellent. All in all, I had a really good experience. Would recommend.

The room was basic but clean and great value for money. The location was great and the setting was really pretty. Great views of Arthur's Seat. Breakfast was very busy. The food was fantastic and there was so much choice. The queue to get hot drinks was so long I didn't bother. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

페스티벌 때문에 숙소비가 비싸서 가성비로 예약한 숙소예요. 1박에 15만원 정도라 에딘버러 치고 저렴하지만 다음에 다시 간다면 예약하지 않을 것 같아요. 체크인 당시 패키지 관광객이 있어서 오래 기다렸는데 개인정보를 이미 예약 당시 입력했는데도 추가로 수기로 작성해야 하는 점이 상당히 불편했어요. 방은 모든 가구가 나무라 혹시 물이라도 닿을 까 조심해야 했고 화장실과 샤워실이 공용인데 늦게 씻으러 가면 너무 더러웠어요. 체크인 당시 샤워커튼에 곰팡이도 있었어요. 심지어 불이 안 들어오는데도 리셉션에서 바쁘다고 내일 교체해 준다고 당당하게 이야기했어요. 또 화장실 물을 안내리고 가는 사람도 많아서 보고 싶지 않은 것도 많이 봤어요. 그리고 방음이 전혀 되지 않아서 귀마개를 하지 않으면 잘 수 없어요. 교통도 시내까지 절대 걸어갈 수 없어요. 유일한 장점은 조식인데 종류가 다양하고 먹을 게 많아서 식비를 아낄 수 있었어요. 하지만 이것도 늦게 가면 자리를 잡기 어렵고 커피머신 앞에서 오래 기다려야 해요. 여러 가지로 불편한 점이 많아요.
