26.05.04Don’t listen to the negative reviews from time to time, whilst it’s fairly basic for the area, it’s the area that ensures it will never be basic. Had a big family room, recently refurbished/ painted. Breakfast was good and the location, well, simply perfect!
26.04.23It was a shame the tube strike affected our trip to London , the hotel is well placed for visiting, it’s not far from the tube station and plenty of places to eat .
26.02.16Room was tiny, had to climb on the bed to get to the side, no head board so half of the bed just hanging out in the open.
Shower was cold took ages to heat up. Sink plug didn’t come up so had to brush teeth in the shower. Sat in a broken chair. No where to put make up on. For the price I was so disappointed. No way would recommend this to anyone.
I stay in London a lot and by far the worse hotel I’ve stayed in.
26.01.18If you are expecting a fiver star experience then it's not for you but if you are looking for good value it's great. Small rooms and a little frayed around some of the edges but generally pretty clean.
Breakfast is adequate if not sumptuous. We were certainly not complaining.
The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Some of the male staff less so.
Overall a pleasant stay and would use again.
25.12.21The room is extremely small and, more importantly, very poorly designed. It honestly feels like a standard single or double room where extra beds were simply added to label it as a “Quad Room.” There is virtually no space to move around if a family of four is staying here. The bathroom is barely large enough for one adult; assisting a small child during shower time is extremely difficult, and you’ll likely end up bumping into or knocking things over. This room is not suitable for families, and the listing is quite misleading.
