Me and my partner stayed in pembury hotel when visiting for an arsenal match. It was a great location. Place was clean. Staff assisted with a fun due to humid weather. Was perfect and value for money. Thanks

First I was charged extra for early check-in 2h before normal check-in time. Staff Interapt me early morning when I was rushing for work, demanding me to pay for stay becose they fail to charge me on arrival, even threatening me wit police, despite when I've check in I was ensured my stay was pay for. Very rude, shouting. Never seen such unprofessional, rude, and uncompassionate hotel staff in my life

I found the toilet and towels were dirty
