Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nepaliya. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay❤️

Staffs are very unprofessional, non co-operative. I asked them to set my lication for taxi services for visting monkey temple..they are toxic enough not to comply with tge request. After requesting to room cleaning, they do not comply..there is no one in carrying luggage for check in and check out. Very disappointed
