You cant do credit card especially online because they will get mad you got a deal for there hotel. They wanna charge top dollar for loutdated rooms some rooms even have bugs

No room service, no housekeeping even if you request it, you cannot use outside appliances, the front desk clerk is very rude, and refuses to answer questions related to the establishment. Would not recommend.

Terrible decision and terrible service

I called this facility yesterday the staff yelled the living day light out of me.i begged him to calm down he shouted me why will I tell him to calm down I am not his boss and I am nothing to him . I told him I am a customer he yelled more I am trying to sort things out he said all customers are the same no good one that customers try to take advantage of businesses. He was more interested in where I was calling from and told me I am from West Africa so at this point he was ok treating a West African badly I have t stayed at this place I barely called over the phone and I was displeased.
