The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

Recently stayed for two nights at this ryokan, and the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff and service. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The kaiseki and breakfast offerings were visually stunning and plentiful, though the overall food quality could use some improvement. The rooms were beautifully decorated and impressively soundproof, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

There is no shower facilities m in the room . Not suitable for families with very young children.

It was a very delightful experience with our own private onsen. The view from our room (4th floor) was breathtaking as we caught the remaining days of the autumn colors. Staff was very helpful. Greatly appreciate the personalized check-in with the charming Hikaru who speaks good English. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast spread were fantastic, showcasing the Kanazawa cuisine using the local produce.

누구보다 친절하시고 설명도 잘해주셨습니다. 영어가 가능하셔서 대응도 좋았습니다. 주변에 축제가 있어 맞춰서 간다면 최상의 서비스를 느낄 수 있을것 같습니다. 다음엔 부모님 모시고 올 생각입니다.
