22.07.26I had a room with two queen size beds, everything was clean the refrigerator and microwave worked. The breakfast was fine and they provided a shuttle to Mayo Clinic. Which saved a lot of money each day. I would recommend this. Things were quiet, but I did stay in the middle of the week.

22.05.25 I got an amazing deal for three nights while having a procedure done at Mayo, St. Mary's Hospital. My husband and I walked back and forth several times for appointments. It's a little under a mile from the hotel and a very pleasant walk with nice sidewalks bordering flowering lilacs.
The hotel is rather hidden behind Famous Dave's, but has good FREE parking. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus. It doesn't make a significant number of other stops which is so nice. I think we made three before I got to St. Mary's.
On to the hotel amenities. We used the hot tub the night prior to surgery. It was not overly chlorinated, the water was clear and clean, and the timer worked great. It DID need to be repainted, but the water was nice and hot.
One child was enjoying the pool thoroughly. Six feet deep! There was a child's wading pool with a frog water slide. It looked like great fun and in good shape. There was supposed to be a water umbrella, but it was out of order until further notice.
There were vending machines throughout that were keep in good standing, and the staff was even cleaning buttons when we came through once. Excellent job in keeping the place clean and sanitary.
The hallways are the major downfall to this place. They are very dimly lit by LED wall fixtures on both sides. I think they ought to up the wattage and get warm lights instead of the cool lighting in there. It may not do to change out the fixtures as they have so many, but different lighting would greatly improve the ambience. As is, each hallway is reminiscent of a horror film... Silent Hill came to mind. Ugh.
On to the room- HUGE TV, good size mini refrigerator and microwave. We had a king sized bed and we slept very well. Medium firm mattress. Enough support, but my arms didn't go numb! The bathroom was small and our plastic toilet seat needs replacing. It was peeling and discolored. The bathtub/shower was WONDERFUL. Water was nice and hot, the faucet and shower fixture was great.
22.05.25 We stay here every time we have to visit the Mayo (usually a few times a year). It is reasonable priced, clean, the beds are comfortable, it has free parking, and, if it matters to you, a pool. The place has always been quiet when we stay and it has free WiFi and a pleasant staff. It is not a fancy hotel.
