25.06.10We are couple from Singapore, booked a Deluxe King Lake View room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, clean, comes with basic amenities. The balcony is big and has the best lake and mountain view. Breakfast options are not much, but whatever they serve is delicious. The hotel is walking distance to the Yalong Bay Beach and the night market where we eat the delicious sea foods. Mostly the hotel guest are local Chinese and Russian.
The hotel staffs were very good and welcoming. Specially the receptionist LISA (La-Lisa of k-pop Black Pink ha ha). She is very friendly. She helps us a lot through our two night stay. Even when we are outside and we need some help on our travel itinerary, we contact her via WeChat and she has guided us promptly. Thank you Lisa. 😘 Ground staff were also good, especially Dave and Bob. We got a fruit plate upon arrival.
The hotel room has a bit of mould smell. Most of the staffs are not speak English.
Overall the hotel is very good. I will surely stay here again during my next trip to Yalong Bay, Sanya.
