Vision Apartments Budapest

We arrived at the address given for Vision Apartments and found that they are closed and no longer in business. The phone number has been disconnected. Very unhappy and will be contacting Agoda to get a refund.

The staff members are generally polite, respectful, and try to be helpful, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the management—specifically the manager, Zsolt—is highly unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was instructed to vacate the apartment without proper notice. At the same time, I was told the company was “not operating,” yet the same property continued to be advertised online. These contradictory messages were never clearly explained and created unnecessary confusion and stress. I am a long-term customer who has rented consistently for several years, and I was in Hungary on a business assignment at the time. Being asked to leave suddenly during a work trip and the holiday season is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect toward guests. This experience completely overshadowed the otherwise positive attitude of the staff. Based on how this was handled by management, I would strongly advise potential guests to be cautious and ensure everything is clearly documented before booking.
