24.08.02The people who run the front and housekeeping are all just really sweet and accommodating. And a high five for not racking up the prices during the ParkFire. One of I think only two places in chico that maintained their rates. That right there is all reason to stay, because of the company. They keep good hearts.

22.11.06 Never saw housekeeping the entire time of our week stay. Was not even offered adequate compensation when we informed the Management of the lack of housekeeping.
22.11.05 The entire duration of our stay no one from housekeeping came to clean our room or provide towels.
Upon checking out after 4 days we found out from the nice lady at the desk Motel 6 as a company changed their policy and only provide housekeeping services once every 3 days as a general rule. This is not acceptable for the price you pay for a room. The manager only offered a 25% discount for another night stay and no housekeeping services. We were so insulted at the offer and lack of taking the matter seriously we left.
