Beautiful setting. Good set up with arrival you just collect ur key which is in an envelope on the door - so didnt meet any staff. Bed comfy and super warm. Facilities could do with modernising they are a little tired ie the shower/bathroom. But it is so cheap absolutely fine for a night stay.

This place was run down and filthy dirty!! The pictures from the post must have been taken many years ago, it was completely overgrown in the creek. Beds that had been used, smelled of dead mice and spider webs everywhere. There was dog hair on the couch and in the bed. Ac parts laying in a pile on the concrete, it had been there awhile. Broken glass covered with cardboard. The so called manager will look you right in the eye and lie. We left and got another room down the road. I tried loading pictures but they wouldn’t.

Family cabins are ideal, has a small kitchen and BBQ. Great way to save a little on the family trip. Gary, host at the hotel was very friendly and made sure to greet and welcome us. Deffently would stay again.

Rooms were clean and ready for us. Convenient to Sequoia NP, and local restaurants and grocery. Access to the river and Adirondack chairs to chill outside. Accommodations basic, but clean. Cooking facilities are a BBQ grill, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. No place to wash up, so bring disposables. Mattress is memory foam, but the slats on the bed frame are too far apart with no box springs, so is a bit saggy in between. No place to sit inside, other than on the bed or rattan stools. Bathroom sink has no stopper. Owner was friendly and helpful in resolving minor issues. Overall adequate, with a great location, and could be overall good but for the drawbacks I mentioned.
