nice and spacious room, with good supply of amenities. close to bus station (5mins on foot), walkable to mtr station. All in all, good value for money

We a family of 4, 2 adults two children stayed in Rakurakuan for 4 nights. Our first impression when walking in was where is the staff? Second impression was, nice size room and decor. Third impression was did they clean this place? Obviously they missed the carpet as it was full of debris from previous guests (finger or toe nail clippings, and other dirt) we used the complimentary slippers but felt the place should have been vacuumed. The rest was good, including the space which could have even had a kitchenette. We had a great time in Kyoto and enjoyed our stay except for those things.
