Amazing location and facilities

I paid €250 deposit by card at the reception when I checked in. And I was told by reception on the check-out day that I would get my deposit refund in one week. But now it is almost half month since checked out I still haven't received the deposit refund. I called and emailed to ask them when refund will return to me they said they have no idea and asked me just wait. In other hand, this hotel has no air-conditioning equipment which is not as described as Agoda. They only can provide you a small fan if you request at the reception. But the fan is super noisy.
