Best deal I could find for a hotel in Pattaya that's near the action but wow....very noisy. Fortunately I didn't need to sleep before 3 am so by then the noise died down. However, the construction started at 7 am so you can't win.... lol. Staff is very nice and no complaints about the room.

Friendly helpfull staff Located in the walking street, perfect for party. For more romance pick room with jacuzzi 😉 Lovation was a bit difficult to find, no elevator Definitely recommend 👍

I was scammed by this facilities telling me that they wont check for my booking when i arrived. So technically i booked on agoda but when i arrived they said they wont check if they have a booking for me. The reception was very aggressive and obviously have zero interest in their business. I had to go and find another hotel ...

Top marks due to the exceptionally friendly and helpful very sweet retiree lady who runs a place. She goes by Mom. Truly treats every guest like they are family. I was sick for two days that I stayed there and she even offered to go buy me medicine and food . No issues at all with the state. There is no elevator so you have to walk up three flights of stairs. Also it's a bit noisy until 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. but I'm a heavy sleeper so that didn't bother me. Can't beat location as far as being right in the middle of all the Walking Street action if that's what you're looking for.
