Really nice hotel

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Beyaz Saray in Istanbul, Turkey, and I must say that my experience left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. While the hotel had been promoted and marketed on Agoda, I found that it did not live up to my expectations upon arrival.
One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of access to the hotel upon arrival. This meant that I had to hire a street valet, which made me uneasy about the safety of my personal items. This is definitely a factor that needs to be addressed by the hotel management to ensure the security and convenience of their guests.
Furthermore, I was not given the room that I had paid for, which was a major letdown. As a traveler, I expect the accommodations I book to be accurately provided. This discrepancy left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The hotel must improve their communication and ensure that guests are given the rooms they have paid for.
Another significant issue was the complete shutdown of the air conditioning due to the seasonal change. This is quite unusual for a 4-star hotel, and it resulted in discomfort during my stay. The management should have better prepared for this transition and made alternative arrangements to keep guests comfortable.
Despite these shortcomings, I must mention that the staff at Hotel Beyaz Saray was willing to help within their abilities. Their willingness to assist was appreciated, but it is clear that they were limited in what they could do to rectify the issues I faced.
In conclusion, based on my experience, I rate Hotel Beyaz Saray with two out of five stars. I hope that the hotel takes note of the feedback provided and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

1) Breakfast time needs to change. Most are tourists and from different time zone so waking up early and running for breakfast is not possible. Time should extend atleast till 10:45A.M and then they can close the door but allow the people who already entered the breakfast area to eat and have coffee. The workers started picking up everything after 10 a.m. We entered at 9:30 a.m and coffee and sugar and bread was all picked up at 10. Until people are inside the breakfast area the works need to wait.
2) Also there were so many customers waiting to check in and there was just 1 person at the counter to give service. The other guy was just his assistance to help people with bags. But we need 2-3 people at the counter during rush hours to check in and check out people
3) We wanted to keep our bags in the storage after we checked out of the hotel..we had 1 hour in hand before we go to the airport we wanted to quickly shop a little but we waited for 30 minutes to hand over the 2 small bags. The person at the reception was just 1 and he was busy. No one else helped to open the luggage room they all said wait for the receptionist.
