The staff were accommodating, the restaurant was clean and food nice, location was great for being near the tower and shopping centre, and it has a large car park on same road. Bedding and towels clean but the bed base looked like someone had urinated on it and the springs were terrible. The bathroom was a nice dark green colour, clean but no fan and the window was sealed, and the shower was old, not good for tall people. The hand wash. / shower gel was half full and like water, had to use a bit when washing my hands to be effective. The bedroom carpet was that dirty i wouldn't put bare feet on it and to say it was a no smoking room as soon as we entered it stunk like an old man's room who smoked in it, i had to buy an air freshener. The wardrobe back was coming of and nails were exposed which us unsafe. The room was nothing like the pictures displayed. The television was on an old small black and brass table and the headboard fastened to the wall was a kingsize with a double bed and one bedside cabinet and the top drawer was coming apart when i opened it, i will leave it to your imagination.
