I will return to stay more nights! Very friendly staff and great hotel

The room was super hot when we arrived and we were given a fan in the room. We booked half board and wasn't expecting much from the price we paid but it turned out to be pretty good though. Downside: There is no coin laundry and the smoking room on level 1 is so so so smelly that you can smell it even at the lift area.

周防大島へ行く途中で利用させていただきました。オーシャンビューの部屋(全部屋)で食事に出た海鮮はとても新鮮でした。建物自体は昔ながらのホテルですが、綺麗にリフォームされていていました。部屋風呂はなかったですが、温泉があり、温泉からも海が見れて素晴らしかったです。卓球、カラオケ満喫しました。あと、宿泊者は無料サービスのお夜食の担々麺がありがたかったです！3種類から選べるかと思ったら今月は白担々麺のみだったのは少し残念でしたが、白もとても美味しかったかです！

We stayed one night on our way to catch the ferry to Taketoze. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had little Japanese but staff did their best to communicate. Our room and the hotel design generally is quite outdated but the view to the Seto Sea more than makes up for this. Bathroom very dated but clean. Dinner was delicious although served in a large cafeteria style room. Breakfast had enough options to keep most people happy. Coffee was a bit sad though.

This hotel is located on a hill overlooking Murozumi Bay. So lovely! Outside the hotel in September when we visited we heard lots of birdsong in the morning and crickets at night. The onsen is clean. We had a room with tatami and futons for sleeping, which we liked. Hotel staff is extremely helpful. Free breakfast is an amazing buffet spread of Japanese and some Western cuisine. The only downside is getting there if you don’t have a car. The hotel will pick you up at the Murozumi Elementary School bus stop down the hill. It’s about a 20 minute walk up the hill from the main road. Getting a cab is available from the JR Hikari train station during the day. If you arrive late, it can be difficult to get a cab. The last bus heading out toward the hotel leaves Hikari Station at 7:43 pm. Ask the front desk for a bus schedule if you don’t have one.
