26.04.28Decent location from the site seeing spots. Offers a range of welcome drinks which is a nice touch. The dinner offers a large variety. The food tastes fresh. However, the breakfast is even better. It taste unique especially the breads are delicious.
26.03.29 Nice modern design with easy access to free carpark and sister hotel with their Onsen use.
26.03.15 About 15 minutes walk from bus station. There’s a less treacherous path than Google Maps will tell you. All the rooms had a balcony that overlooks the carpark. The onsen was small but had indoor and outdoor. Free pastries from 3pm as part of afternoon tea. Staff was a bit iffy specially when we asked for extra pillow since room only came with two small pillows. There is 1 free alcoholic drink available from sister hotel 50 meters up the road. Nothing special if you miss it.
26.01.25 Staff incredible. Went out of their wat to help me. I had a learn to ski package booked for a couple days after here that was cancelled by the operator and they called the operator for me to find out why (earthquake). Bit bummed about that, but honestly I could not have been better looked after. Great place, pretty standard room and little onsen that was noce and hot. Can use the sister resort up the road too, the onsen there was so hottttt. Breakfast good. Recommend this place.
26.01.13 My daughter and I so enjoyed our stay at Kusatsu-Onsen Aeruyado Takamatsu.
The hotel onsen was fabulous and our rooms very comfortable and big for Japanese hotels.
A very good supply of toiletries for personal use in the room and before and after onsen.
Free shuttle bus service to and from the bus station.
Highly recommended and we would definitely visit again.
