Guest House Orange No Kaze

Washroom covered in long black hairs after the jap guests finished washing all over sink and floor A foam chair bed is used as a mattress with a thin mattress topper on top with a very thin mattress protector. Huge gaps where the grooves in fold up chair bed. One buys these foam chairs for under £40 in Argos. Size of cabin is very good. Light is way too bright and non adjustable in the cabin as no dimmer switch. Noise from outside room is prominent, especially the stamping from above. Seating area in reception is most uncomfortable. Tatami matss and a few rugs. One single cushion that is totally flat. A noisy family came in with two kids running around. Total disregard for others. Could not sit there with such noise. The owner should control guests behaviour. The family should know better as they were old parents, not kids. They didn't talk they shouted. They acted chinese/koreen, but spoke Japanese. Pumping music from somewhere nearby can be heard at night Check in is very time consuming if you have no idea of your arrival time. Curtains are nonsense as can see in as gaps are huge and they dont close fully Best things about the place is the shower. Great heat and power But negatives are that being made of wood, place is so noisy. People, kids, running barefoot across ceiling back and forth, jumping hard, for hours. If there was a kaikatsu club I would of checked out of here. The noise of feet, banging, music is too much. The washroom in the room is crazy. People using hairdryer at night. The sound is crazy loud. Old woman next to my bed kept knocking my cabin as she was flinging the suitcase about. Crazy lady as she was muttering away to herself. Wandering around the room with heavy stomping and making a racket. Woman checks in very late and start throwing and dropping stuff. Then takes shower and hairdryer at 10.30pm is going on??? Whilst this is happening someone is talking on the phone so I han hear whole conversation in my bed its that loud. Unreal. Zero respect. I went to bed at 11pm. The jap above woke me up by hitting the wood and making a lot of noise when she got in bed 12.30am Then her phone is on hard wood above my bed vibrating on full??? The door is so noisy with beep beep beep beeeeeep everytime its used. I relaxed more paying less in manga cafe The owner woman promised me the door would be open at 5am. Come just before 6am door was bolted shut. I banged on door a while. Luckily a guest let me in. If not then maybe police would be here Nonsense and unreliable owner who was not even here when I said I would be here. No one answers phone as someone called for over 12 minutes and owner did not answer

Clean & Tidy room with 4 beds. The facilities were clean. Unfortunately our check in was a bit slow because there was no one at reception at our designated check in time that I had informed prior to stay. I had to walk 2 blocks to a yakiniku restaurant to find someone willing to help me phone the reception number as my phone only had data. I had messaged multiple times on the agoda platform over 30mins, messaged the instagram page of the accommodation, but no response. We were 1 of 3 groups staying at the property, which was quiet and empty. Great location but if you're driving, be aware of the huge tolls between the islands.
