There are only 6 suites here and several are sold under the same description on the website. Depending on where they put you, this may or may not be to your liking. Our large room came with a loft upstairs that nobody but a toddler could stand upright in, making it pretty useless. If we had known about this, we would not have booked this room category. Staff were very friendly and helpful at checkin and then downright rude the following days, if they were even there which they really were not. You have a WhatsApp number where you can request items but after the first day, we never got a response to any question. Overall, we won't be back again.
