We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Kyoto! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable.
The check-in process was smooth, and they took the time to explain everything in detail, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing spots. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, they were incredibly patient and eager to help. Their kindness was truly heartwarming.
The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, blending traditional Japanese charm with modern comforts. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of our stay was how attentive the staff were to small details. They always greeted us with a smile, remembered our preferences.

23.04.17 I think what makes this different from other machiyas around the area is the view and location! immediate access to yasaka dori and view of yasaka pagoda from the comfort of your room! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to family & friends.
