24.06.27This was such a terrible experience. Let me count the ways...
1. The rooms don't have such basics as an iron or hair dryer. You have to borrow one from downstairs, but they also do not own an ironing board, so there's no actual way to iron your clothes unless you want to put them on the dirty floor.
2. Your keycard will stop working at least once a day.
3. The front desk is often empty, so when your keycard stops working, you'll have to stand around in the lobby, futilely knocking on the doors, the counter, etc, hoping that someone will hear you and come help.
4. The hallway of our floor smelled sooooo strongly of cigarette smoke, which probably explains why I awoke in the middle of the night with an asthma attack.
5. The rooms were HOT. There was a fan, but even with that, it was sweltering and uncomfortable.
Things were so bad that we ended up paying for a room at the Doubletree and leaving even though our room here was prepaid. We figured it was worth losing that money just to get out of there.
