친구와 하루 머물게 됐는데, 숙소와 커뮤니 케이션이 제대로 되지 않아 체크인도 힘들었고 방도 미리 요청했던 대로 배정되지 않았습니다. 그래도 위치는 완벽했고 안전한 동네에 있어서 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 가격을 생각한다면 나쁘지 않은 선택입니다.

Tv didn't work remote didn't work and shower curtains were too short always allows water all over floor bad design ....staff friendly and always helpful......room clean and tidy and always good standard

Just perfect for 1 night trip to Wimbledon finals

This was such a terrible experience. Let me count the ways... 1. The rooms don't have such basics as an iron or hair dryer. You have to borrow one from downstairs, but they also do not own an ironing board, so there's no actual way to iron your clothes unless you want to put them on the dirty floor. 2. Your keycard will stop working at least once a day. 3. The front desk is often empty, so when your keycard stops working, you'll have to stand around in the lobby, futilely knocking on the doors, the counter, etc, hoping that someone will hear you and come help. 4. The hallway of our floor smelled sooooo strongly of cigarette smoke, which probably explains why I awoke in the middle of the night with an asthma attack. 5. The rooms were HOT. There was a fan, but even with that, it was sweltering and uncomfortable. Things were so bad that we ended up paying for a room at the Doubletree and leaving even though our room here was prepaid. We figured it was worth losing that money just to get out of there.
