Overall, it was okay, but the smell in the corridors bothered me. If it weren't for that, it would be perfectly fine.

This is a simple budget hotel, good if you just need a place to spend the night. The location is very convenient, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

This was my 5th hotel in my UK trip in June 2025. Unfortunately, after travelling for more than 2 hours from London Euston station, I was told that my name was not on the reservations list of the hotel. I had to borrow the staff’s phone to call Agoda. There was a miscommunication between hotel and Agoda. I should have confirmed my booking before proceeding to the hotel. Thankfully it was settled and I was given a room. The hotel was nice and location was good. A big M&S store just in the other side of the building. Loved this place in general.

Great service

There was no Wi-Fi or service. There was no hot water, so I couldn't shower for two days.
