Value for money

The owner was a great help at out time of need Location is far from city Center and other attractions. Yet easy to navigate through the trains. Not that great for a family coming from airport, a fifteen minute walk from train to get to place. Long walk with lots of bags. I would stay again now that I know what it’s all about. Certainly good price

The apartment itself was okay. Sadly too far from popular areas of interest in Tokyo. It's manageable, but if you're tired from all the sightseeing, it's a long commute back, especially with young children. If you don't mind the commute, it's a great place.

Around 12-15mins walk to Ayase Sta. (Chiyoda Line Subway). 2-3mins walk to 7/11 & Family Mart. 5mins walk to Seims (there are two nearby Seims Store)
