26.05.22 Pros - kitchen was sufficient, no spices to cook with, had a rice cooker, stove and microwave. Living room & dinner table was enough for our family of 4. Self service towels. Walkable to lots of good food and activities.
Cons - very bare bones, keep expectations low for the value.

26.05.11 twenty minute walk from downtown Ginza, and a few minute walk to the nearest subway station! worth the price since it comes with a full size kitchen and a washing machine. will consider staying here again next time!
26.04.30 If you've got a number of people, and you're wanting to stay for a spell, this is a great place. Less than 5 min walk from Takaracho and Hatchobori stations and about a 20 min walk from Tokyo station, it's well-placed. My family really appreciated the extra room, the kitchen, and the laundry. It gave us options for our stay that we normally wouldn't have staying in a hotel.
Note, that because it's more apartment than hotel, you will be on your own to treat it as such, so clean up after yourselves and the like.
