A great hotel, the room was spacious and felt luxurious. The shower + bath is a very nice bonus after a long day of walking. Being on top of a Muji store is also a nice feature. The staff were extremely nice and helpful in any struggle we needed some help in. Overall a great hotel to finish our Japan trip with, highly recommended.

The best hotel I ever stayed. If only I could stay here the whole week I would do. Great location, staff, amenities and etc.

I stayed in a Type D Twin Bed Room, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing considering the high price. The only real positive was the location in Ginza. The room was extremely small and did not feel worth the money at all. What made the stay worse was the cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found dead insects inside the duvet, which was unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. The bathroom also had a constant bad smell, and every time we turned on the faucet or shower, a strong sewage odor spread through the room.

위치도 적당하고 직원분들도 친절하고 다 좋았는데 편의점이 호텔에서 살짝 먼게 아쉬웠어요
