24.07.22It was clean and quiet. Recommended for families and friends even for couples on a budget. We stayed here for 3nights during winter and it was really good the heater is working and amenities are complete, It is near 7/11 as well. I think the only downside of the place is a bit far from shinjuku but it is near to the train station.
24.07.13 I would recommend Shinjuku Partenza as this is very clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. It’s 5-6 minutes from 2 subway lines so it’s really convenient. I wish the apartment was a bit larger though.
24.07.06 Enjoyingbthe lication . Quiet and not that far from town. Great value for people of 4. But dont expect it to be specious . This is normal in japan. Nevertheless I love it!
24.07.01 Friendly host, pretty cool spot. Bigger than any hotel we stayed at in Tokyo. Highly recommend room 101. Also, there is a washer and dryer but the dryer doesn’t really use heat. So either hang your clothes or don’t use it :0 learned that the hard way. But really nice location - not too close to the busiest part of Shinjuku. Right off the JR. Would 10/10 stay again!
